Waverly Woods is a lovely community! In addition to being aesthetically beautiful, it provides that real “neighborhood feel” to people who live there. Waverly Woods is a planned development built in Howard County within the borders of Marriottsville, Woodstock, and Ellicott City. The community is home to the Waverly Woods Golf Course, a shopping center known as the Wavery Woods Village Center, and Waverly Woods community pool. The village center houses a grocery store, restaurants and other businesses.
Waverly Woods features glamorous homes in a variety of sizes. Some of the detached homes start at 3000 sq ft and range in size. Some are massive, at well over 6000 sq ft. They are all designed with elegance and wow factor on the inside and outside- even the townhouses and condo’s are built with smaller scale luxury in mind. The neighborhood style screams “success” and people like living there. Waverly Woods also has a section of “main level living” villa-style garage townhomes and condominiums for those over age 55.

This is a very pretty community with lovely architecture and gorgeous landscaping. I love the variety of homes and the scenic strolls through this neighborhood. Some have 2 or 3 car attached garages with views overlooking the golf course, while others are just very elegant town houses- with and without attached garages. The community has a nice shopping center with restaurants and a local grocery store, and there are other nearby more elaborate shopping centers minutes away. This community is also convenient to the Howard County Alpha Ridge Landfill, great for recycling all those empty boxes after your move.
Close proximity to Woodstock, Ellicott City, Frederick, and Columbia. Shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Turf Valley Towne Square, Historic Ellicott City, and The Mall in Columbia.
